OnlineM3U is strictly a client-side media player software.

We do not host, store, broadcast, or transmit any media content. OnlineM3U functions as a neutral tool that allows users to parse and play their own M3U playlists or connect to their Xtream Codes API credentials. All free channels provided by default are sourced from publicly available repositories and are not hosted on our servers.

User Responsibility

We do not distribute any media content, streams, or proprietary playlists. The application is designed solely to play user-provided content. Users are strictly responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access and stream the content within any custom playlists they provide. OnlineM3U is not affiliated with any third-party media providers or content distributors, and we do not endorse or promote the streaming of copyrighted material without permission.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please note that we do not have control over the servers where the actual media files are hosted. Any DMCA takedown requests or copyright infringement claims must be directed to the third-party server hosting the infringing media files.

If you have questions, concerns, or if a default playlist entry needs review, rights holders can reach out directly to us at admin@onlinem3u.com. We will promptly remove any publicly linked, default playlist entry that is found to be in violation of copyright law upon verifiable request.
